Portal Accounts

Link the bid and vendor portals your company already has accounts on. BidShark signs in with your account to pull full bid details and documents onto your board — visible to your workspace only.

🔒 Your password is encrypted in this browser before it leaves your device, then stored in a secured vault. Only BidShark's collection server can unlock it, and only to sign in to that portal — nobody at BidShark can view it, and it is never shown again. Revoke deletes it immediately.

If a portal asks for a 2-step code or a "prove you're human" check when we sign in, we pause and mark it Needs attention rather than trying to get around it — we'll reach out to set it up with you. Prefer not to store a password at all? Many portals let you add a separate read-only user to your vendor account — ask us and we'll set that up instead.
